Home paperwork and loan paperwork are both “print a record I can keep.” This collection starts with rental inspection checklists — move-in, move-out, studio through house — then adds amortization schedules for mortgages, auto loans, and student loans when you need a payment table, not a walkthrough form.
Inspection names and loan figures never go in the URL. The inspection PDF is a condition record, not legal advice. Amortization pages are estimates for planning; they omit escrow, fees, and lender rounding.
